GUIDELINES:

1. All sales shall be on an "as-is, where-is", “no warranties as to the physical and legal condition of the units” and "no recourse" basis. Status and condition of the units are not comprehensive or complete. Buyers are therefore advised to conduct their own due diligence checking with Land Transportation Office and Highway Patrol Group prior to submission of an offer to buy.

2. “NEWLY FORECLOSED” units offered for sale are subject to cash bidding.

3. Only bids received from December 18 to December 22 until 5:00PM are qualified for the bidding.

4. BIDS FOR NEWLY FORECLOSED UNITS MUST BE EMAILED AT [email protected];

5. Email must contain the following: a. Title should be the yard unit location (Ex; For San Pedro Laguna yard, title should be “BID – LAGUNA”) b. Bid Amount c. Unit Description d. Plate Number indicated on the pricelist e. Name (First Name, Middle Name and Last Name) f. Address with postal code g. Contact Number/s h. Birth Date i. BIR Tax Identification Number j. Email Address

Opening of bids shall be on December 23 & 26, 2024.

7. Winning bidders shall be notified on December 27, 2024.

8. Only winning bidders shall be required to submit their official bid form/s.

9. Bids/Offers are considered non-transferable.

10. Viewing period of inventories in the yards will be Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 5 pm only; 11. Only cash payment shall be accepted.

12. Full payment must be tendered within 24 hours from date of notification of winning bids.

13. A unit shall be awarded to next highest bidder if the winning bidder fails to tender payment within the stipulated period without need of an advice.

14. Winning bidder of multiple units must buy all the units won. Otherwise, all bids of the said bidder will be disqualified.

15. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE UNITS - Only scanned copy of duly accomplished bid/offer forms (Signed Official Offer Form) received thru the following email addresses are qualified:

16. All sales transactions are subject to final approval of the Bank Management.

17. Misprints should not be construed as misrepresentation of the units.

18. The Bank reserves the right to withdraw any unit for whatever reason. B.

REMINDERS / NOTES

1. Transfer costs, registration fees and other fees relative to the transfer of ownership is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Retrieval of won unit from the yard can only be done upon presentation of a duly accomplished Gate Pass.

3. Unit must be claimed from the yard within three (3) banking days from date of receipt of Gate Pass. 4. A storage fee of P1,000.00 per day will be charge from the buyer if a unit is not retrieved in accordance to the aforementioned schedule.

5. Leftover units shall be sold on a "first come first served" basis after the bidding period.
