Guidelines

All sales shall be on an "as-is, where-is", “no warranties as to the physical and legal condition of the units” and "no recourse" basis. Status and condition of the units are not comprehensive or complete. Buyers are therefore advised to conduct their own due diligence checking with Land Transportation Office and Highway Patrol Group prior to submission of an offer to buy.

1. Transfer costs, registration fees and other fees relative to the transfer of ownership is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Retrieval of won unit from the yard can only be done upon presentation of a duly accomplished Gate Pass.

3. Unit must be claimed from the yard within three (3) banking days from date of receipt of Gate Pass.

4. A storage fee of P1,000.00 per day will be charge from the buyer if a unit is not retrieved in accordance to the aforementioned schedule.

5. Leftover units shall be sold on a "first come first served" basis after the bidding period.

6. No referral fees shall be granted.
