2. Prices NOT applicable to buybacks by former owners. For buybacks, please contact the assigned Marketing Officer.
3. Units and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. The list may reflect vehicles sold without the knowledge of AAMDD. For immediate correction, kindly advise AAMDD of such fact if identified.
5. Inadvertent misprints shall not alter the vehicles factual condition nor shall be deemed as misrepresentation on the vehicles.
6. The bank has the right to withdraw any vehicles from the list.
7. Usual disposition is via sealed bidding.
8. Mere submission of an Offer to Buy does not confer "first option" or "first right" to the offeror.
9. The deficiencies stated herein are not meant to be exhaustive, comprehensive or complete. Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence prior to making an offer.
10. The list is an intellectual property of Metrobank. However, the Bank is not in any way liable if this shall be copied, reproduced, altered and /or tampered for any activities other than the purpose of marketing properties contained in it.
